1. About AIPU & these Terms
AIPU ("we", "us", "our") is a brand operated by AIPU LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, USA, with its registered office at 1207 Delaware Ave, #4001, Wilmington, DE 19806, USA. AIPU is an all-in-one AI dashboard available at aipuapp.com (the "Service") that gives you a single interface to generate video, image, voice, music, agent and text outputs through a curated catalogue of 140+ third-party and proprietary AI models — including SeeDance 2.0, ChatGPT Images 2.0, Veo 3.1, Sora 2, Kling 3, GPT-5.5, Claude 4.7, Gemini Pro 3.1, Suno v4, ElevenLabs v3 and others.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user", "subscriber") and AIPU LLC and govern your use of the Service. By creating an account, accessing the Service or paying any subscription fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.
2. Your account
To use the Service you must (a) be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, (b) provide accurate registration information including a valid email address, and (c) keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@aipuapp.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.
One account is for one person. You may not share your login, sell, transfer, or sub-license your account to any other person or organisation without our prior written consent. Team and enterprise plans are available for organisations needing multiple seats.
3. The AIPU service
AIPU provides a unified web interface for generating creative outputs by routing prompts and inputs to a curated catalogue of third-party and proprietary AI models. Available models, model versions, generation features, output specifications and quotas may evolve over time at our discretion as AI providers release new versions, deprecate old ones, or change their terms.
We aim for high availability, but the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or uptime-warranted operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party model outages, network conditions or other events outside our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability or queueing.
Fair-use note. Where our Service is described as "all-access", "no token caps" or otherwise without per-feature counters, that description refers to ordinary, good-faith individual use of the dashboard. AIPU applies reasonable fair-use guard-rails to prevent abuse, automated scraping, resale of generations, denial-of-service patterns, or excessive use that materially exceeds typical individual creator workloads. If your usage is flagged under fair use, we will contact you by email and work toward a resolution before applying any restriction.
4. Payment, billing & refunds
Pricing. The Service is offered on two paid plans:
- Monthly — currently $14.99 USD per month, billed every 30 days, cancellable at any time.
- Lifetime — currently $399 USD as a one-time payment, granting access for the operational lifetime of the Service, subject to these Terms.
Pricing for the Service may change for new subscribers. Existing monthly subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price increase to their plan. Lifetime members are not subject to recurring charges; their lifetime price is locked at the time of purchase.
Billing. Subscription fees are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorise us to charge that method for the applicable fees. Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Taxes. Prices listed do not include taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) where applicable. We will collect and remit such taxes where required by law.
Refunds. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on both monthly and lifetime plans. See our full Refund Policy for details and instructions.
"Lifetime" defined. "Lifetime access" means access for the operational lifetime of the Service while AIPU LLC continues to operate it. It is not a personal-life guarantee. If we ever discontinue the Service in its entirety, lifetime members will receive at least 90 days advance notice and, where reasonably possible, an export of their generated assets.
5. License & ownership of generated content
Your content. You retain all rights, title and interest in and to (a) the prompts, instructions, brand assets, source media, voice recordings, photos and other inputs you submit to the Service ("Inputs"), and (b) subject to applicable third-party model terms (see Section 7), the outputs you generate using the Service ("Outputs").
You may use Outputs for personal and commercial purposes — including in advertising, social media, podcasts, films, client deliverables, websites and merchandise — provided your use complies with these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and the underlying third-party model providers' terms.
Our license to your Inputs. You grant AIPU a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to host, store, transmit, modify and process your Inputs solely as needed to operate, improve and provide the Service to you. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models, and we do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy.
Our IP. The Service (excluding your Inputs and Outputs) — including the AIPU brand, logo, software, dashboard, model router, UI design and documentation — is owned by AIPU LLC and/or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our IP to you.
6. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits, among other things, the generation of: child sexual abuse material; non-consensual sexual content or "deepfakes"; content that targets, defames or harasses real individuals; content that infringes third-party intellectual property; misleading political or election content; malware or fraudulent material; and content that violates applicable laws.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice and without refund.
7. Third-party AI providers
AIPU integrates with third-party AI model providers including (but not limited to) OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, ByteDance (SeeDance), Black Forest Labs, ElevenLabs, Suno, Runway, Midjourney, Higgsfield, HeyGen, Topaz Labs and others (collectively, "Third-Party Providers"). The availability, behaviour, output quality, output rights and content policies of any Third-Party Provider's model are determined by that Third-Party Provider, not by AIPU.
Some Outputs may be subject to additional terms, content restrictions or commercial-use limitations imposed by the Third-Party Provider whose model generated them. We surface model-specific notices in the dashboard where reasonably practicable; however, you remain responsible for reviewing and complying with any such third-party terms when you use Outputs commercially.
AIPU is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or administered by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, OpenAI, Anthropic, ByteDance, ElevenLabs, Suno, Runway, Midjourney or any other Third-Party Provider. All third-party trademarks, product names and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers & warranty
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY USE.
AI MODELS CAN PRODUCE OUTPUTS THAT ARE INACCURATE, OFFENSIVE, BIASED, INFRINGING OR OTHERWISE UNSUITABLE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING ALL OUTPUTS BEFORE USE AND FOR DETERMINING WHETHER THEY ARE APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC INCOME, REVENUE, ROI, BUSINESS RESULT, AUDIENCE GROWTH, COST SAVING OR CREATIVE OUTCOME FROM USING THE SERVICE. ANY EARNINGS OR RESULTS REFERENCED IN OUR MARKETING MATERIALS ARE INDIVIDUAL EXPERIENCES AND ARE NOT TYPICAL. SEE OUR EARNINGS DISCLAIMER.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AIPU LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AIPU LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AIPU LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your use of the Service, (b) your Inputs or Outputs, (c) your violation of these Terms or any law, or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@aipuapp.com. Cancellation of a monthly subscription will end recurring billing at the end of the then-current billing period; you will retain access through the end of that period. Cancellation of a lifetime account is governed by our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, with or without notice, if (a) you breach these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy or any applicable law; (b) your account is implicated in fraud, chargebacks or abuse; (c) your continued use creates risk or potential legal exposure for AIPU LLC or other users; or (d) a Third-Party Provider revokes our ability to provide a model you depend on. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain residual data as required by law and as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Disputes & governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, USA, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If you reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection law, nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, our business or applicable law. If we make material changes we will notify you via email or via in-product notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.
