Refund Policy
1. The 30-day guarantee
Every paid AIPU subscription — both monthly ($14.99) and lifetime ($399) — comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of your initial purchase. If you decide AIPU isn't the right tool for you within those 30 days, you may request a full refund of the amount you paid for that initial purchase, no questions asked.
2. How to request a refund
- Email support@aipuapp.com from the email address on your AIPU account.
- Use the subject line: "Refund request — [your account email]".
- Tell us briefly what didn't work for you (optional, but it helps us improve the product).
That's it. We do not require you to fill out a form, jump on a call, or speak to a "retention specialist". Refunds are reviewed and processed by a real human on the AIPU support team, usually within 1 business day.
3. Processing time
Once we approve a refund:
- Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link): the refund is issued immediately to your original payment method. It typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- PayPal (lifetime only): usually within 1–3 business days.
We will email you a confirmation as soon as the refund is processed on our end.
4. After 30 days
Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time from inside the dashboard or by emailing support@aipuapp.com. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately; you keep access until the end of your current paid period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months after the 30-day window.
Lifetime members past the 30-day window: the lifetime purchase becomes non-refundable, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise. We may, at our sole discretion, offer goodwill refunds in exceptional circumstances; please email us and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.
5. Exceptions to the guarantee
The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply where:
- The account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- The account has been used in a manner that we, in our reasonable judgment, consider abusive — including (but not limited to) creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim the guarantee, attempting to extract bulk Outputs and then refund, or generating prohibited content.
- The refund is requested through a chargeback before contacting us — please contact us first; we will resolve in good faith.
6. EU / UK / consumer-protection rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights — including, where applicable, the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive or equivalent UK law. Where you have begun using a digital service before the end of the withdrawal period and have expressly consented to that, you may lose the right of withdrawal under EU law; however, our 30-day money-back guarantee remains available regardless.
7. Pixel / advertising data after refund
If you arrived at AIPU through a paid advertisement (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), we may have transmitted a hashed conversion event to that platform's measurement system at the time of purchase. When we issue a refund, we also send a refund event to the platform where supported, so that ad spend is reconciled accurately.
