1. No income, revenue or ROI guarantee
AIPU LLC ("AIPU", "we", "us") makes no representation, warranty or guarantee — express or implied — that any user of the AIPU service will earn any specific income, revenue, return on investment, audience growth, follower count, ad performance, conversion rate, business outcome or cost saving from using the service. Success depends on many factors entirely outside AIPU's control: your skill, time invested, business model, target market, competitive landscape, marketing channels, product-market fit, brand strength, distribution, pricing, customer support, regulatory environment, the broader economic climate — and pure luck.
AIPU is a creative production platform. It is not a business opportunity, an investment, an MLM, a "make money online" program, a guaranteed income stream, or a get-rich-quick scheme. We sell access to AI models. What you do with the assets you generate is up to you.
2. Testimonials
The testimonials and customer success stories featured on the AIPU website are real, individual user experiences. The specific income figures, revenue numbers, time-saved metrics, ROAS improvements, channel-revenue jumps, and other quantitative claims in those testimonials are self-reported by the individuals quoted. We have not independently audited each user's books, and we cannot certify that the same outcomes are reproducible by you. They reflect what those individual users say happened in their specific business — at a specific point in time, in a specific market, with their specific level of skill and existing audience.
3. "Replace 5 subscriptions" / cost-savings claims
Statements such as "save $5,400+ per year", "replace $220+ of monthly tools", "cut creative spend 92%" and similar cost-saving claims on the AIPU website are illustrative comparisons. They are calculated by adding up the publicly listed retail prices of competing AI tools that AIPU's catalogue functionally replicates for many use cases. Whether you actually save those amounts depends on (a) which competing tools you currently subscribe to, (b) which you choose to cancel after subscribing to AIPU, and (c) your usage patterns.
If you do not currently subscribe to any competing tools, you will not "save" the amounts shown — you will simply pay the AIPU subscription. If you subscribe to AIPU in addition to your existing tools rather than instead of them, you will not save anything either. The cost-saving outcome requires you to actually cancel the other subscriptions.
4. "All-access" / "no token caps" wording
Where the AIPU website describes the Service as offering "all-access", "no token caps" or similar language, that wording refers to ordinary, good-faith individual creator workloads on the dashboard. AIPU applies reasonable fair-use guard-rails to prevent abuse, automated scraping, resale of generations, denial-of-service patterns, and use that materially exceeds typical individual workloads. 5. "Future models included" claims
For lifetime members, our promise to include "all future models" reflects our genuine intention. However, our ability to integrate any specific future AI model depends on factors outside our control, including: the model provider's API availability, pricing, terms of service, regional restrictions, and our ability to negotiate compute contracts that make the integration financially viable. If a model provider revokes API access or imposes terms incompatible with our service, we may be unable to provide that specific model. We will always make commercially reasonable efforts to honour the spirit of the lifetime promise.
6. AI output quality & suitability
AI models are inherently probabilistic. Even with identical prompts, two generations of the same model may produce different results. AI models can produce inaccurate, misleading, biased, low-quality or otherwise unsuitable Outputs. AIPU does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, originality, copyrightability, brand-safety, factual correctness or commercial usability of any individual Output. You are solely responsible for reviewing all Outputs before publishing or commercially using them.

Forward-looking statements are subject to risks, uncertainties and assumptions, and actual outcomes may differ materially.

AIPU is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or administered by Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Google LLC (YouTube, Google Ads), ByteDance Ltd. (TikTok), OpenAI, Anthropic, Black Forest Labs, ElevenLabs, Suno, Runway, Midjourney, Higgsfield, HeyGen, Topaz Labs, or any other third-party platform or AI provider mentioned on aipuapp.com. All third-party trademarks, logos and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only.
9. Your responsibility
By using AIPU and by purchasing any AIPU subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Disclaimer. You agree that you are responsible for your own business, financial, creative and legal decisions, and that you will not hold AIPU LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates or partners liable for any business outcome — positive or negative — that results from your use of the service.
